To run Kojo-Web, you need to put http://www.kogics.net on your Java Exception Site List — as described here: http://wiki.kogics.net/run-kojo-web
Have you done that?

Which version of Java is installed on your machine (you can run java -version from a command prompt to find out)? It sounds like the Kojo installer is unable to find Java on your computer.
