Why did you decide to require Java 6? I think this requirement probably will exclude most Mac users from running Kojo. As far as I know, Apple only supports Java 6 on Macs running a 64-bit system. SoyLatte may be a solution for some Mac users, but I prefer to stick with Java 5 for a while.

My Mac experience/knowledge is pretty much zero, but this link seems to suggest otherwise:
Why did you decide to require Java 6?
To reduce the effort required for testing on different OS/JVM combinations (given limited resources), I wanted to have just one 'supported' version of Java. Given that Java 1.6 came out over three years ago, and has a bunch of VM technology and Graphics performance improvements over 1.5, going with 1.6 seemed the right thing to do.
My system can be set to Java 6 (Java Preferences under Applications/Utilities). This breaks another program and I'm sick of switching. Does anyone know how to get kojo to run on java 6 without changing the default?
