Kogics

I am working on localizing Kojo into Dutch.

I notice that the currently released GeoGebra software is already translated into Dutch, but that Dutch translation is not included in Kojo. How can be get the Dutch translation of GeoGebra into Kojo?

But can't we consider there to be actually three levels of translation:

1. UI
2. scripting and turtle controller
3. samples

Where the samples are the tutorials, the instruction palette, sample scripts, etc., which is everything in the resources/samples directory?
Has there been any attempt yet to translate this part of the application into any other language?

There seems to be some parts of the UI that don't get localized. One example is the "Yes" and "No" options in the dialog where you confirm whether to discard changes in the editor before closing. Another example is "Undo" and the "Folding" options in the editor popup menu.
