There should be an option on the bottom right of the browser window to start watching the site. Lemme know if you run into problems getting this to work for you…

I see that selecting the whole line followed by Ctrl + Enter achieves the same thing.

You don't really need to select a whole line. Just select any text and hit Ctrl + Enter (or click the run button) to run it.

But it will be very convenient to add a shortcut line Alt + Enter.
